Most of these were slips: dividing instead of multiplying in the last step, and an answer left unsimplified.
What you can do: Ask the tutor to make this the focus before WA3, and look at the corrected questions with Mei.

Finding the percentage of a total is solid; finding the total from a percentage isn't yet.
What you can do: Worth mentioning to the tutor: it's finding the whole from a percentage, not percentage in general.
3. Rate · 3 marks lost
The rate was found correctly, but the working stopped before answering what the question asked.
What you can do: Encourage Mei to check her last line answers what was asked. The method itself is fine.
